“Personal Data Protection Code” According to article 13 of the legislative decree 30.06.2003 n. 196, Mainsoft provides you the information on the aim and the handling of your personal data and the way of transmission of them, as described in Privacy Policy. Your data are treated by Mainsoft and by third parties linked to it only for marketing aims. Your personal data may not be transmitted and may communicated just for the aims described. You may choose to release your personal information or not. Without the disclosure of personal data Mainsoft is not able to provide you its services. You have the right to know, anytime, your personal data and how they are treated. You may exercise the rights described in art. 13 (D.Lgs., 30/06/2003). You may exercise your rights, as described in art 7, 8, 9, 10 D. Lgs 30/06/2003 n. 196, addressing to the owner of data handling. You may ask to update your data, integrate and modify them, or to delete and block data violating laws. You may also deny data handling for lawful reasons or in any case the handling is for marketing, promotional, sales or market research. The owner informs that the non-disclosure or wrong data release, of one or more mandatory information, has as consequence: the impossibility of the owner to grant the adequacy of the data treatment to the agreement; the possible absence of communication of data handling results according to fiscal law, administrative and business.
