Mainsoft services are provided with “Satisfied or refunded” warranty. If you are not completely satisfy in the first 30 days of use (1 year license) or within 8 days (1 or 3 month license), Mainsoft will refund you.
Terms of Warranty

1.1 The right of rescission is applied only at the first activation of the service.

1.2 You may send a written formal letter to Mainsoft S.p.A., viale Sarca 336 /F, 20126, Milano, Italia. The rescission letter may be sent also by fax or e-mail and confirmed within the next 48 hours via airmail. Whitin 10 days after the receipt of the rescission letter, Mainsoft refunds you.

1.3 The following costs are excluded by the right of rescission:- 1.3.1 Activation fees payed by Mainsoft (“setup fees” or “una tantum”)
- 1.3.2 Bank and Credit card transactions payed by Mainsoft: 3.4 % of the total amount of your purchase for transactions via Bankpass or AMEX/VISA/Mastercard. The cost of bank transfer transactions is two (2) euros.
- 1.3.3 Registration, Transfer and web address renewal.
- 1.3.4 Voip traffic , one-day services and support costs for licenses already provided are excluded.
- 1.3.5 Voip, 1 day-license services, support costs may not be refunded.
